Coca-Cola is set to introduce a range of new flavors and functional beverages starting in 2027. Coca-Cola Cherry Lime is scheduled for release in February 2027, offering a twist on the popular cherry profile. Following this, a Strawberry Float flavor, blending classic Coca-Cola with strawberry and vanilla, will launch in the summer of 2027.
The company is also venturing into functional beverages by testing Fresca and Coke Zero Sugar infused with prebiotic fiber. This initiative will occur in parts of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, beginning in late October, to gauge consumer response to these zero-sugar, fiber-enhanced options.
Further innovations include limited-time Mr. Pibb Black-Current in spring 2027, with Powerade and Vitaminwater Zero Sugar options arriving in January and March 2027, respectively. Topo Chico will also see new variants, including Pineapple Coconut in February 2027, and Core Power will introduce its first new flavor in nearly a decade in January 2027.
