CIEL HR Services has announced a robust financial performance for the first half of the 2025 fiscal year, concluding in September. The Chennai-based company achieved a profit after tax of ₹12 crore, marking a substantial 55% increase compared to the ₹7 crore reported in the same period last year. This improved profitability was driven by a 34% surge in revenue, which rose to ₹927 crore from ₹689 crore.
The growth is significantly attributed to the increasing success of the company's HR Platform businesses, including Talent Assessment and Development by Jombay and Thomas Assessments. These technology-led solutions, enhanced with AI and new vertical structures from Thomas International, are positioned to drive future growth and margin expansion. EBITDA for the period also saw a strong 51.6% year-on-year jump to ₹25 crore.
CIEL HR also secured SEBI approval for its Initial Public Offering in February 2025. The planned IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares valued at ₹335 crore and an offer for sale of 47.4 lakh shares. The company's strategic focus on market segments with high demand for HR solutions and rapid technology adoption underpins its optimistic outlook for sustained momentum.
