Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL) has presented a significant gross dividend of ₹79.82 crore to the Kerala Government for the financial year 2024-25. This substantial payout was formally handed over to Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
The financial year 2024-25 proved to be a landmark period for CIAL, marked by unprecedented financial success. The company recorded its highest-ever revenue, reaching ₹1,142 crore, and achieved a net profit of ₹489.84 crore.
CIAL's board approved a 50% dividend payout to its approximately 33,000 shareholders across 25 countries. The Kerala Government, holding the largest share at 33.38% equity, is the primary beneficiary of this record-breaking financial performance.
