Chambal Fertilisers Profit Soars 30% on Strong Q4

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd announced a robust financial performance for the fourth quarter, with a consolidated net profit of ₹169.3 crore. This represents a substantial 29.8% increase compared to the same period last year. The company's revenue also demonstrated strong growth, rising by 13.7% to ₹2,785 crore.

Further highlighting its financial strength, EBITDA surged by 56.1% to ₹255.1 crore, and the EBITDA margin expanded to 9.2% from 6.7% year-on-year. In line with its positive results, the board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share. This dividend distribution is contingent upon shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.
