Ceragon Networks Beats Revenue Estimates Amidst Indian Growth
31 May
Summary
- Ceragon Networks reported $85.0 million in Q1 2026 revenue, exceeding analyst expectations.
- A significant portion of revenue was driven by Indian operator orders, comprising 35%.
- The company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 revenue outlook of $355 million to $385 million.

Ceragon Networks reported first-quarter 2026 financial results, with revenue reaching $85.0 million. This figure surpassed the Wall Street consensus of $80.4 million, although it represented a 4.1% decrease year-over-year. CEO Doron Arazi attributed the dip to a timing issue related to large Indian operator orders that began converting to recognized revenue midway through the quarter.
India was a key driver, contributing 35% to the total revenue. Arazi noted that by early May, the company had already secured approximately $86 million in orders from Indian operators year-to-date. While only about $24 million was recognized as revenue in Q1, the remainder is expected to be recognized by year-end.
The company also reported non-GAAP EPS of $0.01 per diluted share, down from $0.03 in Q1 2025. However, GAAP gross margin improved to 35.4% from 32.8% year-over-year. Management reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook, anticipating revenue between $355 million and $385 million.
