On November 14, 2025, the Canadian government announced the results of its latest Express Entry draw, inviting 3,500 applicants in the healthcare and social services occupations to apply for permanent residency.
The draw was held under the Healthcare and social services occupations category, with the lowest-ranked candidate receiving a CRS score of 462. This is lower than the previous draw's cutoff of 472, which took place on October 15, 2025.
The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) is used by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to assess and score applicant profiles, ranking them in the Express Entry pool. Factors like skills, education, language ability, and work experience are considered in determining the CRS score.
To be eligible for this latest draw, applicants needed to have at least six months of full-time or equivalent part-time work experience in one of the specified healthcare or social services occupations, and perform the main duties of that role.
