2 Mar
Summary
- CAIT and Rasna signed an MoU to boost trade and digital solutions.
- A new B2B portal will connect retailers nationwide for online orders.
- The partnership aims to strengthen MSMEs and create new jobs.

The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and Rasna have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in New Delhi, focusing on expanding trade and implementing digital solutions. This partnership is designed to bolster the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector.
A significant development from this MoU will be the joint launch of an Indian B2B digital portal. This platform will allow retailers across India to conveniently place orders online, thereby fostering the expansion of domestic products by connecting them directly with business networks.
This strategic alliance is particularly timely as it precedes the Bharat Vyapar Mahotsav 2026, scheduled to take place from May 1 to 4, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The event is anticipated to attract B2B delegates from over 40 countries.
