In October 2025, the breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain First Watch announced plans to open a new location in Deptford, New Jersey next year. The 3,800-square-foot restaurant will be situated at 1755 Deptford Center Road and feature a covered patio with over 150 total seats.

The menu at the new Deptford restaurant will focus on fresh, made-to-order breakfast, brunch, and lunch offerings. Popular items include avocado toast, lemon ricotta pancakes, and the chain's signature million dollar bacon.
