BMW Motorrad has announced its GS Experience 2026, a comprehensive rider training program scheduled across nine Indian cities. This initiative is exclusively for owners of BMW GS adventure motorcycles and focuses on developing essential off-road riding skills within controlled, real-world settings.
The program will take place in Chandigarh, New Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Chennai. It is designed to enhance rider confidence, technical knowledge, and safety, enabling riders to explore the full capabilities of their GS motorcycles.
For the first time, BMW Motorrad will offer parallel training tracks. These cater to 'Smart CC' riders on the G 310 GS and 'Core' GS riders on motorcycles with 650cc engines and above. Both Level 1 and Level 2 modules, conducted by BMW Motorrad International Instructor Academy (IIA) certified trainers, will run simultaneously.
Level 1 training covers off-road fundamentals such as posture, steering, basic exercises, and slope handling. Successful completion grants access to Level 2, which delves into advanced techniques for challenging terrains like sand, gravel, and steep inclines, including the use of Enduro Pro mode and recovery methods.
Participation requires a valid motorcycle license, an eligible and well-maintained BMW GS model, and full protective riding gear. Registrations are open via authorized BMW Motorrad dealerships on a first-come, first-served basis.
