Launched with the goal of ensuring swift access to medical help where every moment counts, the service has become a vital part of emergency healthcare in Gurugram and parts of Delhi.
The company's commitment to speed is evident, with ambulances responding to 1,810 time-sensitive emergencies and achieving an impressive 87% success rate in reaching patients within 10 minutes. Currently operating 25 ambulances across Gurugram, Manesar, and select Delhi areas, Blinkit has also invested heavily in its human resources by training and deploying 70 paramedics.
Blinkit emphasizes a cautious expansion strategy, learning that responsible growth sometimes means pacing rather than haste. This approach ensures systems are ready before entering new areas, reflecting a deep understanding of the complexities and low margin for error in emergency healthcare. The company remains focused on building a world-class ambulance service through continuous training and careful development.
