Bharti Hexacom Profit Skyrockets 81.5% Amid Strong Growth

Bharti Hexacom Ltd. announced a substantial increase in net profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company's net profit soared by 81.5% to ₹473.7 crore, a significant jump from ₹261 crore in the same period last year. This impressive growth was primarily attributed to improved margin expansion and lower finance costs.

Operationally, Bharti Hexacom demonstrated strength with revenue rising nearly 5% year-on-year to ₹2,359.8 crore. This increase was bolstered by a growing average revenue per user (ARPU) and a steady addition of subscribers. The company's EBITDA also saw a healthy 9% rise, accompanied by an expansion in EBITDA margin to 53.2%.

The telecommunications giant also experienced robust growth in data consumption. Mobile data traffic surged by an impressive 29.8%, reaching 2,022 petabytes. Average data usage per customer climbed by 22.1% to 32 GB per month, underscoring a sustained increase in digital consumption among its user base.

Furthermore, Bharti Hexacom's network expansion continued as planned, with operations including 26,572 towers and 93,472 mobile broadband base stations. The company's homes business showed remarkable growth, covering 117 cities and adding 73,000 new customers during the quarter, with revenue increasing by 50.8% year-on-year.

In terms of cost management, net finance costs saw a decline of 22.7%, while operating expenses, excluding specific costs, increased slightly year-on-year but decreased sequentially. The company's shares closed at ₹1,620.10, reflecting a marginal increase on the day.
