Bartronics India Limited is embarking on a significant strategic transformation, planning to roll out a Smart Agri Store franchise model across the nation. This initiative is designed to extend its digital marketplace into rural India, fostering growth in rural commerce, agritech, and digital platforms. The company also proposes to rename itself Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS), subject to regulatory approvals, to better align with its expanded vision.

The planned Smart Agri stores will serve as comprehensive hubs, integrating essential services such as agri-input sales, expert advisory, digital onboarding for farmers, and crucial procurement linkages. This consolidated approach aims to create a seamless and unified commerce experience tailored for India's rural economy. The company is also initiating an expression of interest process for potential franchise partners.

To support this ambitious national expansion, Bartronics India is set to recruit senior professionals across key sectors including agritech, marketplace development, and supply chain management. The company will also appoint a national brand ambassador to champion farmer outreach and drive adoption of the Avio platform, further strengthening its leadership and governance framework.
