Banijay Entertainment has revealed its senior leadership team following the recent merger with All3Media. CEO Marco Bassetti will lead the newly formed executive team, which includes deputy CEO Jane Turton and Banijay Rights CEO Cathy Payne. Other key appointments include Fred Balmary as chief business officer, Nicolas Chazarain as chief legal officer, Thomas Gousset as chief finance officer, and Anne Van Sprang as chief human resources officer.
Lucas Green will continue as chief content officer for operations, James Townley as chief content officer for development, and Kate Humphreys as chief communications officer, all reporting to Bassetti. Most of these leaders pre-date Banijay's acquisition of Endemol Shine, with Turton being the exception, having previously led All3Media. The merger, completed in July, also saw the sunsetting of the All3Media brand.
Thomas Shearer and Jamie McIntyre-Brown will serve as deputy CFO and deputy CLO, respectively. This consolidation of leadership marks a significant step for the merged company, now chaired by Jeff Zucker. The entity oversees numerous production companies globally and manages prominent shows like 'The Traitors' and 'Peaky Blinders'.
