Awfis Space Solutions Ltd has reported its highest-ever annual revenue for fiscal year 2026, reaching ₹1,493 crore, a 24% increase year-on-year. This strong performance was fueled by a 35% growth in its co-working business. The company also achieved a notable 31% rise in EBITDA to ₹151.6 crore in the fourth quarter, with margins expanding to 37% from 34.1% in the previous year.
During FY26, Awfis added 41 new centers and 30,000 operational seats. The company now operates a network of 266 centers, offering approximately 184,000 seats across 18 cities. Its customer base has grown to nearly 3,500, with a significant contribution from GCCs and Fortune 500 firms.
