Following the acquisition, Calamity will continue its operations from its existing offices in London.
The production company is actively involved in the development of 'Pride the Musical,' which is scheduled to premiere at the National Theatre in 2026. This theatrical project will reunite director Matthew Warchus and writer Stephen Beresford. Calamity also has a pipeline of "bold and diverse slate of new television and film projects."
