Customers can utilize virtual primary care, 24/7 urgent care, and specialized health services including weight management and women's/men's health. The membership also facilitates same-day prescriptions and refills through LifeMD's pharmacy or a member's local pharmacy.
This initiative makes AT&T the first carrier to offer free access to virtual healthcare. While the membership fee is waived, appointment costs start at $29 for message-based care and $49 for virtual urgent or primary care.
Currently available in Florida, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, North Carolina, New York, Illinois, California, Michigan, Maryland, and Iowa, AT&T intends to extend this benefit to additional states by January 2027. This move taps into the growing consumer preference for telehealth services, driven by convenience and lower costs.
