Atlantic City is diversifying its economic strategy with a significant residential development aimed at transforming a previously underdeveloped area into a vibrant coastal neighborhood. The Residences at Orange Loop, a project by Zoubek Properties, will feature 29 luxury townhomes situated close to the beach.
These three-bedroom townhomes are priced from $599,000 and include premium amenities such as roof decks and ocean views. Phase I of the development, comprising 10 units, is nearing completion, with Phase II adding another 19 units scheduled to begin in late 2026.
This initiative marks a notable shift from solely relying on casino tourism to fostering year-round residential appeal. Brian Zoubek, CEO of Zoubek Properties, highlighted the opportunity for accessible beachside living in Atlantic City, aiming to attract demand through quality, design-driven housing.
