Ashiana Housing Sales Dip Year-on-Year Amidst Fewer Launches
9 Jan
Summary
- Quarterly sales and area bookings improved sequentially but declined year-on-year.
- Fewer large project launches affected the nine-month performance compared to last year.
- New project launches in Jamshedpur and Chennai supported the recent quarterly sales.

Ashiana Housing Ltd reported a sequential improvement in sales and area bookings for the third quarter of FY26, ending December 31, 2025. However, the company’s performance for the nine months leading up to December 2025 fell short compared to the same period last year. This year-on-year decrease is primarily attributed to a smaller number of significant project launches.
During Q3FY26, Ashiana Housing booked 5.56 lakh sq ft of area, a notable increase from the 4.13 lakh sq ft in Q2FY26. The sales value also rose to ₹401.07 crore from ₹303.43 crore in the preceding quarter. This quarter's sales were positively influenced by the introduction of Ashiana Amaya in Jamshedpur and Vatsalya phase-II in Chennai.
