Arisinfra Solutions is redefining the construction industry by moving beyond a traditional materials supply model. The company is increasingly focusing on higher-margin services, specifically contract manufacturing and Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS).
This strategic shift is already yielding impressive financial results. In Q1 FY27, Arisinfra reported a 37% year-on-year revenue increase to Rs 291 crore. Crucially, its operating profit margin improved to 11% from 8.5% in the prior year.
Contract manufacturing now constitutes 53% of Arisinfra's revenue, with segment revenue growing 84% year-on-year. DaaS, while a smaller contributor at approximately 10% of Q1 FY27 revenue, offers significant potential with high EBITDA margins.
Arisinfra's success is marked by its asset-light strategy, controlling manufacturing capacity and developer relationships without owning extensive physical assets. This approach allows for scalable growth and improved profitability.
