Apple India Surges Past ₹1 Lakh Crore Revenue Mark

Apple India's business achieved a significant financial milestone in FY26, surpassing ₹1 lakh crore in revenue. The company experienced a notable 31% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching ₹1,03,853 crore for the fiscal year ending March 2026. This performance outpaced its main competitor, Samsung, whose mobile phone revenues saw a decline.

Profitability also saw substantial gains, with net profit jumping 66% to ₹5,311 crore in FY26, a marked acceleration from the previous fiscal year. This strong financial showing is attributed to the increasing demand for premium smartphones in India.

The premium smartphone segment, defined as devices priced above ₹30,000, experienced a 12% volume growth in FY26. Apple's volume growth in India more than doubled, rising to 24% from 11% in the prior fiscal year, underscoring the growing appeal of iPhones in the country.
