Anupam Rasayan announced a 12% year-on-year increase in its consolidated net profit for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025-26, with earnings reaching ₹61 crore. This performance was underpinned by robust sales growth.
The company's total revenue saw a substantial rise of 31.35 percent, amounting to ₹512.44 crore during the October-December quarter of FY26, compared to ₹390.14 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
Despite higher expenses, which stood at ₹454.59 crore against ₹327 crore, Anupam Rasayan's Managing Director highlighted continued growth momentum. A significant strategic step was the agreement to acquire Jayhawk Fine Chemicals Corporation in the United States.
This acquisition is poised to enhance Anupam Rasayan's global footprint, improve advanced custom synthesis capabilities, and provide deeper access to regulated North American markets and innovator customers.
