Pune Plant Fuels Global Automation Dreams

Alligator Automations has launched a significant expansion with its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Pune, an investment totaling ₹40 crore. This strategic move is poised to triple the company's production capacity, aligning with its vision to establish a world-class Indian engineering organization supplying advanced automation systems worldwide. The facility is engineered to elevate India's standing in the global automation sector.

The expansive one lakh sq ft plant is equipped with advanced fabrication lines, a modern powder-coating unit, automated storage, and six loading bays. Its digital, paperless workflow allows for the simultaneous management of numerous large-scale projects, enhancing efficiency and precision. By consolidating operations, delivery timelines are expected to decrease by approximately 20%, improving overall production accuracy.

This expansion is projected to drive a 30% increase in exports and generate over 400 new jobs in India, alongside 100 overseas positions within the next three years. Srinivas Choudhary, Founder and CEO, highlighted the commitment to replacing imports and strengthening India's manufacturing ecosystem, underscoring the nation's potential for global leadership in complex automation solutions.
