Aimtron Electronics Limited announced a substantial leap in its financial performance for FY26. The Vadodara-based company reported consolidated revenue from operations soaring to ₹3,012 million, an impressive 89.2% increase compared to ₹1,592 million in FY25. Profit after tax also saw remarkable growth, rising 79.4% to ₹460 million from ₹256 million recorded a year earlier.
The company attributed this significant upswing to robust order execution, an optimized product mix, and an increased focus on high-value design-led manufacturing initiatives. These programs span critical sectors such as Network Security, Green Energy, Industrial, IoT, and AI, with ODM and box-build solutions playing a pivotal role in driving business momentum.
Further highlighting the accelerating business trajectory, Aimtron posted ₹1,786 million in revenue and ₹257 million in profit after tax for the second half of FY26 alone. This represented a 45.7% revenue growth over the first half of the fiscal year.
Despite a modest compression in EBITDA margin to 22.6%, attributed to early-stage investments in international subsidiaries, the company maintained a healthy PAT margin of 15.3%. Chairman Mukesh Jeram Vasani stated that FY26 marks a significant milestone, reinforcing Aimtron's commitment to scaling its design-led manufacturing capabilities globally.
Founded in 2011, Aimtron offers comprehensive electronics manufacturing services and design solutions. With facilities across Vadodara, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru, and its parent company based in Chicago, Aimtron serves diverse industries including automotive, medtech, aerospace, and robotics. The company anticipates a strong opportunity pipeline and continued international expansion as key growth drivers for FY27.
