Plans for 113 affordable homes have received approval on the former Chronos Richardson plastics factory site in Bestwood.
Nottingham City Council's planning committee granted permission for MyPad and Nottingham Community Housing Association to develop the land off Belconnen Road. This project will introduce much-needed housing options to the area.
The new development will consist of 18 flats and 95 houses. Crucially, all of these properties will be allocated for shared-ownership or social housing, addressing local affordability needs.
