Adani Enterprises announced a remarkable financial performance for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. The company's consolidated net profit skyrocketed by an astonishing 97 times, reaching Rs 5,627.02 crore. This significant profit jump was primarily bolstered by an exceptional gain of Rs 5,632.09 crore, recognized due to Adani Commodities LLP divesting its entire 20% stake in Adani Wilmar.
Beyond this exceptional item, Adani Enterprises also demonstrated strong operational growth. EBITDA increased by 15% year-on-year to Rs 4,297 crore. The ANIL Ecosystem revenue grew by 7% to Rs 3,161 crore, with module sales up 12% and wind turbine generator deliveries seeing a 38% increase.
Further demonstrating its diversified portfolio, income from airports surged 28% to Rs 3,770 crore, accompanied by a 12% rise in cargo volumes. While mining services saw a slight dip in dispatches, the company's overall performance reflects resilient execution and strategic focus. Gautam Adani highlighted the commencement of operations at Navi Mumbai International Airport as a landmark achievement.
