Global technology firm Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd has finalized a substantial commercial lease agreement in Thane, within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company has leased 2.72 lakh sq ft of Grade-A office space at House of Hiranandani's 'Centaurus' tower in Hiranandani Estate. This decade-long lease arrangement commands a monthly rental of ₹1.9 crore.
The comprehensive agreement is projected to yield approximately ₹269 crore for House of Hiranandani over the entire tenure. Real estate consultant JLL India facilitated this significant transaction. The 'Centaurus' tower is a 21-storey commercial building with 1.9 million sq ft of built-up area and currently hosts several prominent companies.
This deal highlights sustained demand for commercial office spaces in Mumbai, which saw an 18% increase in leasing during the first half of 2026 compared to the previous year. Accenture's new office space is situated within the expansive 375-acre Hiranandani Estate township.
