The company recommended a substantial dividend of ₹5.4 per share, marking a 50% rise from the previous year.
Despite a quarterly net profit dip in Q4FY26 due to a one-time tax charge, the company's operating performance remained robust. EBITDA for the quarter reached a record ₹182 crore, with margins expanding. Full-year revenue grew 11.5% to ₹3,949 crore, propelled by a 26.8% volume increase in the high-margin Prestige and Above segment, which now constitutes 47.2% of total volume. ICONiQ White Whisky, a key product launched in 2022, achieved over 10 million cases in FY26, recognized as the world's fastest-growing millionaire spirit brand for two consecutive years.
Backward integration, including a PET bottle plant in Telangana, enhanced gross margins. Operating cash flow turned positive at ₹362 crore. ABD expanded its international reach to 36 countries, with export revenues up 14.1%. Future plans include a single malt distillery by H1 FY27 and further expansion projects in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh, with management guiding for mid-teens revenue growth in FY27.
