Suzuki India Revs Up FY26-27 with 4% Sales Surge

Suzuki Motorcycle India has initiated its FY2026-27 with a 4% year-on-year growth in total sales for April 2026, reaching 1,17,514 units compared to 1,12,948 units in April 2025. This positive start reflects sustained customer confidence.
The company's domestic sales saw a 3% increase, with 98,004 units sold, while exports demonstrated stronger momentum, growing by 10% to 19,510 units in April 2026. Deepak Mutreja expressed satisfaction with the stable footing and growth in both markets.
April 2026 also marked a significant milestone as Suzuki Motorcycle India celebrated twenty years of manufacturing operations in the country. The company introduced new color options for the Suzuki Avenis Special Edition and launched the new Suzuki Burgman Street.
Further enhancing customer engagement, Suzuki organized its flagship motorcycling festival, Suzuki Matsuri, in Mumbai. The Burgman scooter model achieved recognition from the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records for record-breaking gatherings and deliveries.
