Further underscoring the company's strengthened operational efficiency, EBITDA saw a significant rise of 55.3%, climbing to ₹1,861.6 crore from ₹1,199 crore in the previous period. Accompanying these gains, operating margins nearly doubled, expanding from 10.7% to an impressive 19.7%.
The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share for the fiscal year 2026. This recommendation is pending approval from shareholders at the forthcoming annual general meeting, with further details on the record date and payment schedule to be announced in due course.
