The Hyderabad hub is slated to operationalize by the fourth quarter, with hiring to occur in phases.
BASF, a global leader with operations in over 200 countries and revenues around $60 billion, views Hyderabad as a strategic location. The city was selected after a competitive global evaluation, highlighting its strong talent base, advanced infrastructure, and cost advantages. This move aligns with Telangana's ambition to become an innovation and R&D capital. The hubs will support various functions, including finance, HR, supply chain, and regulatory services, while also driving digital transformation across BASF's worldwide operations.
