Last week, veteran A&R executives Katie Vinten and Zach Lund announced the launch of their new Nashville-based management company, Wild Child Music. Founded in partnership with Eclipse Music Group, the company was established just last year but has already built an impressive roster of artists and producers.
Vinten, the founder and CEO of Wild Child Music, previously held senior roles at Columbia Records and Warner Chappell Music, where she worked with and signed artists such as Leon Bridges, Dove Cameron, and Hailee Steinfeld. Lund, the senior partner and principal, was previously a director of A&R at Universal Music Publishing Group, working with acclaimed artists like Stephen Sanchez and Morgan Wade.
The new company's roster includes rising talents such as Delacey, a pop songwriter who has found success writing hits for Halsey and Dua Lipa; Valley James, a "goth country" artist; and Hayden Blount, a 22-year-old whose recent single reached the top 5 on the viral charts. Wild Child Music has also signed the indie-folk duo Wells Ferrari, who are signed to Atlantic Records.
Eclipse Music Group founder and principal Kurt Locher praised the partnership, saying Wild Child's vision aligns perfectly with Eclipse's mission of supporting artists and their songs. The new venture provides a strong foundation for Wild Child's roster to thrive, with the backing and resources of the established Eclipse team.
