The TIFF Wavelengths program, which focuses on experimental and avant-garde cinema, is also marking a milestone with its 25th edition. The lineup features a diverse selection of international films, including the North American premiere of Lav Diaz's Magellan, a biopic about the famous Portuguese explorer starring Gael García Bernal. Other highlights include the world premiere of Basma al-Sharif's short film "It's So Beautiful Here" and the North American premiere of Kamal Aljafari's "With Hasan in Gaza."
