2 Aug
Summary
- 'Saiyaara' collects ₹4.25 crore on its third Friday
- Film's 15-day collection reaches around ₹284 crore
- Trade analyst predicts ₹400 crore lifetime collection

As of August 2, 2025, Mohit Suri's 'Saiyaara' has maintained its stronghold at the box office, despite the release of new films 'Son of Sardaar 2' and 'Dhadak 2' on Friday. The YRF production collected around ₹4.25 crore nett on its third Friday in India, taking its 15-day total to approximately ₹284 crore nett.
The film has already achieved a fantastic feat, wrapping up its second week at ₹107.75 crore nett. 'Saiyaara' is now aiming to enter the prestigious ₹300 crore club by the end of its third weekend. Notably, the film has registered the 10th biggest second-week collection for a Hindi film, trailing behind blockbusters like 'The Kashmir Files', 'Dangal', and 'Jawan'.
While 'Saiyaara' saw a drop in its collection compared to the previous weekend, trade analyst Girish Johar predicts a negligible dip going forward. Johar believes the film will continue its winning run at the box office and is expected to reach a lifetime collection of around ₹400 crore in India. The absence of a clear winner among the new releases is expected to benefit 'Saiyaara', which has been well-received by the audience.
