'Poachers' Star Dibyendu Bhattacharya Reunites with Alia Bhatt for Spy Thriller 'Alpha'

In 2024, actor Dibyendu Bhattacharya starred in the jungle thriller 'Poachers', on which Alia Bhatt served as an Executive Producer. Now, the two are reuniting for the upcoming female-led spy thriller 'Alpha'.

Dibyendu looked back fondly on his time working on 'Poachers', noting that Alia's involvement helped boost the show's visibility through publicity and promotion. "Alia came on board a little later, but she was an integral part of Poacher. And thank God she did, because we got mileage in publicity and promotion because of her," he shared.

As Dibyendu prepares to work with Alia again on 'Alpha', he is excited about the project and the talented team behind it. "I cannot say much about Alpha. It's a good film with a good team. The director is someone I've worked with before on The Railway Men, a very talented young man," he said. Dibyendu also praised Alia, calling her a "fantastic actress" and expressing his joy at working with "good people."

In addition to 'Alpha', Alia Bhatt has another major project in the works - Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film 'Love and War', which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
