In a highly anticipated new series set to premiere on Apple TV+ in the coming months, Tatiana Maslany stars as Paula, a newly divorced mother who finds herself plunging into a dangerous rabbit hole of blackmail, murder, and youth soccer.
The half-hour darkly comedic thriller, which was developed by Simon Kinberg and Audrey Chon, also features Jake Johnson as Paula's husband, Karl, and Dolly De Leon as Detective Sofia Gonzalez. Additionally, the series introduces two fact-checkers at a prestigious New York publication - Geri, played by Amber Goldberg, and Rudy, portrayed by Raúl Castillo.
Directed and executive produced by David Gordon Green, known for his work on Halloween and Mythic Quest, the series is written and executive produced by creator and showrunner Rosen. The project is hailing from Apple Studios and Counterpart Studios.
As Paula navigates the aftermath of her divorce, she finds herself entangled in a web of blackmail and murder, with the fate of her family and her own future hanging in the balance.
