Summary
- NBC orders new comedy series 'Stumble' centered on a community college cheerleading team
- Series created by siblings Jeff and Liz Astrof, set to premiere in 2025-26 season
- 'Stumble' joins fellow new comedy 'The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins' on NBC's upcoming slate

In a move to bolster its comedy lineup for the 2025-26 television season, NBC has ordered the new series 'Stumble', which centers on the coach of a community college cheerleading team. The show, created by siblings Jeff and Liz Astrof, will join another new comedy, 'The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins' starring Tracy Morgan and Daniel Radcliffe, on the network's upcoming slate.
'Stumble' follows Coach Courteney Potter, who is determined to lead her newly recruited junior college cheer squad to a record-breaking 15th championship while also helping to improve their lives. The series features a cast that includes Jenn Lyon, Taran Killam, Ryan Pinkston, and Kristin Chenoweth in a recurring role.
With two open half-hour slots on Mondays and Fridays, it's likely that 'Stumble' and 'The Fall and Rise of Reggie Dinkins' will fill those programming gaps. The network's current comedy lineup also includes the second-year shows 'St. Denis Medical' and 'Happy's Place', which are slated to continue airing in the 2025-26 season.
