In the lead-up to the release of the action thriller 'Coolie', veteran actor Nagarjuna has revealed a chilling moment he experienced on set with the film's director, Lokesh Kanakaraj. According to reports, Nagarjuna, who is playing a full-fledged villain opposite Rajinikanth in the film, shared the incident that occurred during the early days of filming in Vizag.
Recalling a powerful scene shot on the second day of filming, Nagarjuna said that the footage had been leaked and gone viral on social media, leaving the entire team saddened. However, it was not the leak that stayed with Nagarjuna, but rather the emotional impact of performing the scene. After watching the intense sequence, the veteran actor asked Lokesh, "Can people be this evil?" The director's response was simple yet haunting: "They are more evil than this."
Despite the darker nature of his character, Nagarjuna had only praise for Lokesh's vision and direction. He described working with the filmmaker as a "dream," commending Lokesh's empathy, which Nagarjuna believes is a "fantastic quality." The actor added that the people who collaborate with Lokesh are eager to work with him again.
