According to a recent interview, veteran actor James Marsden is set to reprise his role as Cyclops, the leader of the X-Men, in the highly anticipated Marvel film Avengers: Doomsday, scheduled for release in December 2026.
Marsden, who first portrayed the mutant hero with the ability to fire optic blasts in the 2000 X-Men film, called his return to the character a "nice little homecoming."
