In a significant move, Wavelength, an independent studio, has announced the appointment of acclaimed filmmaker Stacey Reiss as a key member of its leadership team. Reiss, an Emmy-winning producer, will work closely with Wavelength's CEO, Jenifer Westphal, and president, Joe Plummer, to expand the company's slate of films, episodic series, and shorts.
Reiss brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having worked in both scripted and documentary storytelling. Most recently, she served as an executive producer on the entertainment team at RadicalMedia, the company behind acclaimed projects like "Summer of Soul" and "Fog of War." Her impressive credits also include Netflix's "The Seat," "Hollywood Black," and an upcoming documentary on musician Noah Kahan.
