In the 1980s, Ziskie transitioned to acting, serving as an understudy on Broadway and appearing in various television shows and films. Over the years, he took on recurring roles in acclaimed series such as "Treme" and "House of Cards," where he portrayed the Vice President of the United States. Ziskie also made guest appearances in a number of other popular shows, including "Gossip Girl," "ER," and "Blue Bloods."
