Broadway Buzz: Zegler's 'Evita' & Rivera's 'Rocky Horror'

Rachel Zegler recently showed her support for her former boyfriend, Josh Andrés Rivera, at his Broadway debut. Rivera is currently starring in the Roundabout Theatre Company's revival of "The Rocky Horror Show" at Studio 54 in New York City.

Zegler attended a performance and shared sweet backstage moments on social media, expressing her pride in Rivera's achievement. This public display of support follows Rivera's own attendance at Zegler's concert performance of "The Last Five Years" earlier this year.

The duo met while filming Steven Spielberg's "West Side Story" and later reunited for "The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes" before their split in 2024.

Meanwhile, Zegler is gearing up for her own highly anticipated return to Broadway. In February 2027, she will reprise her Olivier Award-winning role as Eva Perón in the musical "Evita." The production, directed by Jamie Lloyd, will play at the Winter Garden Theatre.
