Zeenat Aman: 74 and Thriving on Instagram

At 74, veteran actress Zeenat Aman feels a deep sense of gratitude for her continued ability to find gainful employment, a sentiment she shared recently on Instagram. She finds purpose in setting bite-sized goals each week, which include visiting new cities and considering scripts, contributing to her peace of mind.

Aman also reflected on her career, noting that starting work at a young age meant she never had the chance to cultivate hobbies. She humorously contemplates that without work, she might spend her days watching reels of babies and animals. This has led her to seek inspiring stories from others who have embraced new hobbies later in life.

Last November, Aman celebrated her 74th birthday with close friends and family, sharing intimate moments from the occasion. She was last seen in the Netflix original series 'The Royals'.
