Zahara Drops Dad's Surname, Graduates College

Zahara Jolie, daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, has officially graduated from Spelman College. The 21-year-old celebrated her commencement, and a video suggested she is now formally using the name Zahara Marley Jolie, a change noted in previous years.

This academic milestone follows her matriculation in 2022. Her mother, Angelina Jolie, shared her pride then, calling Spelman a "very special place" and welcoming Zahara as a "new Spelman girl."

Recently, Zahara delivered a heartfelt speech at her sorority, paying tribute to her mother. She described their "unique, almost kindred relationship" and thanked Jolie for being a role model.

Zahara expressed gratitude for her siblings and a mother who instilled values of "helping others, being kind and always striving for growth."

Angelina Jolie previously shared her admiration for Zahara, highlighting her daughter's strong "connection to her country, her continent."
