Young Buck has recently shared that his attempts to bring the hip-hop group G-Unit back together have not materialized. During an interview, Buck disclosed that he reached out to former collaborators Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo regarding a potential reunion.
However, Buck noted that Banks and Yayo, along with 50 Cent, seem to be focused on their respective personal and professional endeavors. He has accepted that the group may not reconvene, stating, "it just didn't go the way it's planned, and that's okay."
Buck joined G-Unit in the early 2000s, signing with 50 Cent's label in 2002. He was featured on the group's 2003 debut album, "Beg for Mercy." His solo career also launched successfully with his 2004 album, "Straight Outta Cashville."
The relationship between Buck and 50 Cent eventually deteriorated, leading to Buck's departure from G-Unit in 2008 and a public feud. Although there was a brief reunion in 2014, the group's dynamic fractured again.
