Expected to surpass 500 crore, the film's final collection fell considerably short. On its ninth day, "Toxic" grossed 6.02 crore worldwide, marking an 18.98% drop from the previous day. The domestic gross stands at 277.37 crore, with an additional 38.5 crore earned internationally.
With its 315.87 crore earnings, "Toxic" has now overtaken Suriya's "Karuppu" (315 crore) to secure the 5th position among the highest-grossing Indian films globally in 2026. Projections suggest it may soon claim the 4th spot by surpassing Thalapathy Vijay's "Jana Nayagan" (327.2 crore).
Directed by Geethu Mohandas, "Toxic" was theatrically released on August 26, 2026. The film features an ensemble cast including Nayanthara, Kiara Advani, and others, produced under KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations LLP.
