Yami Gautam's Plea: No AI Edits Please!

Yami Gautam has publicly requested that media outlets cease using artificial intelligence to alter or enhance her photographs from public appearances. She urged for the use of original images and highlighted the ethical necessity of obtaining consent before manipulating an individual's likeness with AI. This appeal aligns with a growing trend of celebrities expressing concerns over unauthorized AI-driven image and video manipulation.

Gautam's forthcoming project, Nayyi Navelli, is an Indian fantasy family entertainer. She recently visited Patna Sahib Gurudwara on October 3, 2026, for prayers related to the film. The movie is directed by Balaji Mohan and produced by Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma, marking a collaboration between Colour Yellow and Amazon MGM Studios. The film's music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar.
