In the lead-up to the September 30th broadcast of 'Dancing with the Stars', professional dancer Witney Carson has taken on an unexpected role - that of a matchmaker for her dance partner, Robert Irwin. The 31-year-old Carson revealed on September 26th that she has been inundated with applications and direct messages from women interested in the 21-year-old Irwin, the son of the late 'Crocodile Hunter' Steve Irwin.
Despite the flurry of attention, Irwin remains focused on his goal of winning the mirrorball trophy. Carson is currently teaching him a salsa routine to Tommy Richman's "Million Dollar Baby" for the show's inaugural TikTok Night. Irwin, who has been single since last year, has impressed the judges with his performances, particularly his tango in Week 2, which earned praise from Derek Hough.
As Carson continues to guide Irwin through the competition, she is also trying to find him a potential romantic partner. "If I could line you all up with Robert, I would because you're all 10/10 perfect cuties," Carson wrote in her Instagram Stories. However, the dancer acknowledged that she and Irwin are currently "dancing [their] lives away" and unable to respond to all the applicants.
