The parade is scheduled to begin at 18:30 GMT, embracing the imaginative theme 'It Came From Outer Space.' Organizers are enthusiastically inviting attendees to craft unique lanterns inspired by aliens, rockets, and celestial wonders, with special prizes set to be awarded for the most outstanding designs.
Ann Whalley, director of Project Factory, highlighted the event's broad appeal, stating, "There's usually about 300 people there and it's just a wonderful event across generations." This community-focused festival promises a magical evening for all ages.
