Ahmed Khan's "Welcome To The Jungle" saw its box office performance slow down on its first Monday, earning an estimated Rs 8.5 crore net in India. This collection signifies a substantial 65.7% drop compared to the Rs 24.75 crore net garnered on Sunday.
Despite this dip, the film has achieved a total India net collection of Rs 72.25 crore, with its India gross standing at Rs 86.53 crore. Globally, "Welcome To The Jungle" has grossed Rs 106.48 crore in its initial four days, including Rs 19.95 crore from overseas.
The film, which features a large ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Disha Patani, recorded an average occupancy of 20.9% on Monday. It is currently competing with "Cocktail 2" and is anticipated to face a stronger box office challenge with the release of Alia Bhatt's "Alpha" on July 3.
