Mexican rock band The Warning has unveiled their latest album, Everything's Falling, released on August 28, 2026. The Villarreal Vélez sisters, Daniela, Alejandra, and Paulina, took a three-month hiatus from their international tour to dedicate time to this project. Their goal was to capture the significant sonic and lyrical evolution they've experienced as a prominent hard rock and alternative act.
The 12-song album delves into themes of personal growth, resilience, and uncertainty. It also features empowering lyrics addressing the difficulties faced by women in a male-dominated music scene. "Being in different places in our lives, I think we gave ourselves the freedom to express ourselves in a much more personal and deeper way than we had before," Daniela shared.
Produced and co-written by Anton DeLost, the album incorporates a heavier sound with influences from '90s alternative rock and nu-metal. Standout tracks include "Kerosene," "Ritual," "Bite My Tongue," "Kill Or Be Killed," and "Bloodsport." Notably, the band, hailing from Monterrey, Mexico, included their first Spanish-language song, "Ego," alongside their predominantly English tracks.
This release follows a period of significant international recognition for The Warning. They have appeared on 10 Billboard charts, reaching No. 1 on Emerging Artists and No. 2 on Top Rock Albums. Most recently, "Kerosene" made history on September 5, 2026, as the first song by a Mexican act and an all-female group to top the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart.
